Support
There is no official MultiBit support — the project was discontinued in 2017. This site exists to help people with old MultiBit wallets, and the free guides below answer most questions. If the guides aren't enough, there are legitimate professional recovery services that can help.
Most MultiBit wallets can be recovered without professional help — the guides cover recovering a forgotten password, fixing a wallet that won't open, exporting keys and restoring a seed phrase.
MultiBit was discontinued in July 2017. The multibit.org domain is no longer operated as the original project archive — there is no official help desk, email address or phone line, and no updates are coming. Any website that claims to be "official MultiBit support" today is not.
That's why this independent resource exists: the free guides above cover the vast majority of cases. For anything they don't cover, there's a contact option below.
If the guides don't cover your situation, Crypto Recovers can help with wallet recovery.
MultiBit Online is owned and published by Crypto Recovers. Crypto Recovers may receive commercial enquiries originating from this website.
